HELP Foundation celebrated International women's day at Mustafabad, Bemina, Srinagar. Almost 50 women participated in the event. The theme was 'Invest in women : Accelerate progress'. The program was started with Tilawat and after that the girls presented traditional folk (Rouf) before the invited audience.
In speakers, Aksa Hussain, an eminent Social worker threw the light on role of today's women in building up a strong nation as women are the key of success & prosperity of the nation. HELP Foundation staff also briefed about domestic violence and other pressing issues faced by women in our society.
