PatronMohammad Shafi Pandit joined the IAS in 1969, being the first Kashmiri Muslim to have opted for competing and joining the mainstream service of the country, against the then prevalent narrative. Mohammad Shafi Pandit rose to the level of Secretary of the Government of India and finally demitted office as the Chairman of J&K Public Service Commission. Mr. Pandit has post graduate degree in Geology from University of Kahmir. He held various posts at Central and Sate level.

CHAIRPERSONMrs Nighat has been an honorary Member of the Board of Directors of the J&K State Women’s Development Corporation since 2010. She is also working in an advisory capacity with reputed organisations at the state and national levels including Ford Foundation, AFPRO (Action for Food Production), J&K State Women’s Commission, J&K State Rehabilitation Council, Kashmir Women’s Credit Co-operative Ltd, and the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights. Her determination in facilitating peace building and harmony in conflict areas has been reflected by her engagement with organizations like Centre for Dialogue & Reconciliation, Delhi Policy Group. Additionally, she and her HELP Foundation, in collaboration with an internationally reputed organisation, MANFORD, has been organising workshops of functionaries involved in the process of governance both in government and private sectors, for bringing about appropriate behavioural orientation for facilitating the process of sustainable development and peace building in the region. Awards and Accomplishments: For her bold initiatives and social activitives in the conflict region, Mrs Nighat was selected as one of the 1000 women around the globe nominated jointly for a Nobel Peace Prize under the 1000 Peace Women Project in 2005. At national level, she has been honored with numerous awards inclduing Stree Shakti Award (Women’s Empowerment Award) by the Government of India consecutively for three years during 2005-06 to 2007-08, Asian Peace Award and Mehjoor Award in 2007 and 2010 respectively and Jamnalal Bajaj Award for distinguished social work for the development of women and children for the year 2012.

Mr. Magray held various reputed positions in State government during his tenure which include Director Employment, Managing Director J&K State Financial Corporation, General Manager Financial Corporation etc. Mr. Magray is a humble and kind-hearted person. He has served thousands of poor and needy people during his service in government sector. He continues to serve the Kashmir society which in entangled in Political conflict since decades. Magray has post-graduation in Economic Statics from University of Kashmir and holds PG Diploma in International Trade.

Graduate in Agricultural Engineering of Allahabad Agriculture Institute Allahabad (U.P) and post graduate from National Collage of Agriculture Engineering Bedford U.K Started his career as Asst. Engineer with ROCK FELLER FOUNDATION in 1962. Mr. Sayeed worked in the Department of Agriculture J & K state from 1963 as Astt. Agriculture Engineer, Research Engineer and Joint Director Agriculture Engineering up to 1982.
From 1982 to 1985 Mr. Sayeed worked as managing Director J & K State Agro Industries Development corporation & as Head of post Harvest Technology Division and founder Head Division of Agricultural Engineering( which is at present faculty of Agriculture Engineering) at S.K University of Agriculture science and Technology Shalimar Srinagar kashmir, september 1985 to November 1995.
During his career of 33 years, Mr. Sayeed worked with Zeal and dedication for the cause and development of Agriculture Engineering in the state, he tried to disseminate technology related to Agriculture Engineering in the areas of Mechanization, irrigation, post Harvest Technology (Including controlled Atmosphere storage) Non conventional Energy etc, in different areas of J & K State including Ladakh and Kargil.
Mr. Sayeed worked also for creating avenues for Agriculture Engineers in the Department of Agriculture, Horticulture, and Agro. Industries Development corporation, Rural Development & Agriculture University.
Mr. Sayeed was member of committee of I.S.I on Horticulture Equipment and member of scientific panel on Agriculture Engineering I.C.A.R New Delhi for two terms. Member Rehabilitation council J & K State. He is felow Institution of Engineers India and Life member Indian Society of Agricultural Engineers.

TrusteeMr. Imtiyaz Ahmad Rather, born in March 1977 is a postgraduate in Business Administration and Computer Applications. Mr. Rather is a born social worker and has started working for the society from a very young age. Mr. Rather has worked as Administrator in HELP Foundation, J and K. Mr. Rather is young, energetic and always ready to invest his time in the work of the foundation. Mr. Rather has joined as the trustee of the foundation June, 2013.

Dr. Kaiser is leading pediatrician in Jammu and Kashmir. Dr. Kaiser has a keen interest in Social work and has joined Trustee of the foundation. Dr. Kaiser is enthusiastic, cooperative and polite.
