2019: Emergency Medical response Service(EMS)
Emergency Medical response Service(EMS) is an acute care ambulance service facilatated by medical professionals, started in July 2019. Healthy Minds began to provide mental health counselling to those who have been the victims of turmoil in April,2019.
2018: Shehjar Rehabilitation Centre
Shehjar Rehabilitation Centre came into existence with the objective to provide training on mobility, housekeeping & essential living skills to visually impaired people.
2017: First Jan Aushadhi Store
First Jan Aushadhi Store was established to provide quality generic medicines at affordable prices.
2016: Establishment of a Legal Aid Cell
HELP Established a Legal Aid Cell for underprivileged people who have long pending cases in different courts of the state.
2014: Kashmir Floods-Disaster Response
HELP executed one of the largest relief programme worth around 9 crore INR, for over a period of 5 months, for the victims. More than 50 intuitional donors contributed to this relief program.
2013: Kupwara Resource Centre
HELP established a resource centre for production of garments and Kashmiri artefacts. The centre was later handed over to women district association, to be run and managed by the female workers of the centre.
2006-2007 First Ever Film Festival
First ever Children Film Festival was organized in association with the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation in Kashmir.
2005 Major Earthquacke Disaster Response:
Thousands of families from Uri received Relief Materials. Several houses were reconstructed and pre-fab structures were erected to accommodate thousands of victims of the massive earthquacke.
2003: Mental Health Intervention:
The first ever mental health counseling and guidance center was started by the Foundation in view of the colossal Mental Health problems being faced by women and children as a result of the of the ongoing turmoil in Kashmir region
2001: Establishment of Shehjar TM
A Major step was taken in the educational field as the Foundation adopted a small lower primary school at khumriyal Kupwara.
1997 First Step
Seven founder members lead by Mrs. Nighat Shafi registered HELP Foundation J&K with the state government on November,13.
